School Rules & Regulations
Discipline:
• Congenial and peaceful environment is a must for studies. Therefore, regardless of any genuine reason, parents shall meet the H.M and respective class teachers during the assigned consultation hours only. Obstructing school discipline abruptly disturbs other students too amounting to their study loss.
• Students must come regularly to school; 75% attendance is compulsory for each student.
Security issues:
• School is very cautious for the safety and care of its students and ladies’ staff both. Hence, No person shall be permitted to enter the school premises during the school hours.
• Despite taking all preventive measures; your cooperation is a must in this regard. Send your children with some responsible person only.
• Parents are advised to drop their children minimum 5 minutes earlier and pick them within 15 minutes on the school being over at the school entrance itself. Late comers will not be allowed. So do not leave students late, it may leave them suspended and for which the school shall in no way be responsible for the safety and security of the student.
Regularity & Cleanliness:
• “Cleanliness is half of Emaan.” Therefore, parents shall send their wards in complete, clean & tidy uniforms. General cleanliness of nails, unsoiled socks and polished shoes, etc be maintained compulsorily.
• Absent student should accompany himself/herself with genuine letter signed by parents or medical certificate in case of illness. Constant Irregularity shall lead to penalty from school.
Extra-curricular:
• With a vision for overall development of students, school gives equal importance to co-curricular activities.
• Co-curricular activities erase stage fear, builds confidence and team spirit among children. Therefore, participation in all school activities is necessary for all students.
• An activity fee ensures proper management and organization of the activity. Whatever minimal activity charge is allotted shall be compulsory for all.
• The school will adopt or start various activities /facilities like Abacus, JUDO, Archery, Horse riding, Rifle Shooting, etc for the overall development of children, participation in those activities and required charges will be compulsory for all students.
Fee payment:
• As we all know, fees is the only source of school recurring expenses. For timely payment of teachers' salaries and smooth functioning of school, kindly pay the fees on time as per the fee structure- Yearly / Six-monthly / Quarterly.
• Minimum Quarterly fees should be paid before the onset of the quarter itself. Dates are 10 June - 5 September - 5 December - 5 March of every quarter.
• School will inform and remind you for fees by message in children’s school diary, separate notices, etc and after that those parents who fail to pay the fee on time, school may take serious disciplinary actions like:
a) School will discontinue providing HW or may not allow students in class, may not allow student to sit in exams and will also return the student from the school.
b) And if this situation gets repeated more than once, school will issue a TC of the student after completion of the academic year.
c) Delay in fees shall also entail payment of due/fine of Rs. 50/- per week and may cause inconvenience.
Health & nutrition:
• Ensure healthy meal to your children by giving them nutritious food in tiffin-box. Avoid snacks, junk food items and roadside eatables.
• Encourage healthy life style to boost student’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development.
Parents Participation:
• No doubt the school is responsible for the student's academic and over-all performance; but parents need to be equally attentive for their ward's homework, etiquettes & friends circle to help them become dignified, intellectual yet humble, duty-conscious individuals.
• Take active interest in your child's progress throughout school year and not just before exams, by constantly communicating and reading school calendar regularly.
• Monthly open house ensures interaction of parents with respective teachers and H.M for their child's timely performance evaluation and improvement. Therefore, presence of parents is a must.
• To save time and not to disturb school functioning; suggestions in school reforms or grievances shall be heard through school PTA only.
Miscellaneous:
• Help them keep away from bad habits by spoiling them with unnecessary pocket-money and mobile phones.
• Students are forbidden to bring Mobile phones, gadgets or any other costly items with them. If found with the student that shall be seized.
• Students are forbidden to use foul languages and rowdy behaviour with fellow children or teachers etc. If found guilty, school reserves right to take disciplinary action.
